Outside of his legal practice, Jason is an avid surfer and accomplished triathlete, having completed four full IRONMAN races and fifteen IRONMAN 70.3 events.

Jason is deeply engaged in his community. Since 2018, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Nature Collective, a Solana Beach–based nonprofit focused on environmental conservation, where he currently holds the role of Treasurer. He is also an active School Site Council Member at Park Dale Lane Elementary.

He lives in Encinitas, California, with his wife, Kristan, and their two children, ages 7 and 12.
